RICHARD L. SPRYNCZYNATYK is an artist, musician and chef. His work as an artist can be found in many private collections, his published illustrations in several international magazines. He has also been featured on HGTV for interior design work. As a musician, his “blues” harmonica has graced many a musical format. He was distinguished in the restaurant business by not only creating his own special recipes, but by designing award winning menus, and serving many famous clients.
Richard’s long time association with SKY ART began in 1994, with the Reno Hilton sky ceiling-scape. It has continued on through every major project that SKY ART has undertaken to this point. These include the newly expanded Caesars Palace Mall, the canals of the Grand Canal Shoppes at the Venetian Resort Hotel in Las Vegas, and many international projects in Mexico, Japan, India, and China.
The SKY ART Project in Macau China (Venetian Resort, Macau) was a major turning point in Richard’s career, as it was the largest project and construction site on earth, at that time. There was a strict opening timetable with no room for mistakes or schedule hold ups. The Venetian opened exactly on time, and after the work on the ceiling concluded there, Richard remained in China to complete sky ceiling and wall mural work for the Three Monkeys Restaurant and Bar located in the large St. Mark’s Square in the Venetian Resort Hotel, Macau.
Years later, in 2013, Richard contracted to paint the first sky ceiling in Manila Philippines for a commercial shopping mall.
Richard continues to sell his own fine art and travels with SKY ART to local and international projects.
